Recruitment Program Delivery Manager - Remote

Our current primary product line serves as a Direct Sourcing & Talent Pool solution which optimizes contingent labor programs and puts the majority of traditionally run processes on autopilot using our CRM and AI. We believe in experimental disruption through an iterative process and highly encourage our employees to run these experiments as they see fit.
 

What You'll Do:

  • Own the client relationship of one or more WillHire accounts

  • Manage client expectations

  • Partner with customers to determine and measure metrics for success

  • Analyze data to inform strategic decisions

  • Collaborate with WillHire partners supporting our account(s)

  • Manage a team or teams of recruiters to support your account(s)

  • Sourcing active and passive candidates using an Internal Resume Database, LinkedIn, Job Boards, Boolean/Internet Searches, etc.

  • Managing pipeline activity and maintaining data integrity, and proactively sharing data-centric updates with internal stakeholders.

  • Executing sourcing, screening, and engagement strategies to identify qualified candidates through various sourcing channels.

  • Maintain the database with accurate candidate contact information, qualifications, and selling points; ensuring all communication with the candidate is documented.

  • Ensure candidate and client concerns are resolved in a timely manner and upholding our Company’s reputation by demonstrating standards of excellence.

  • Utilize Employer Brand to effectively build relationships with candidates and marketing opportunities.

About You:

  • You should be excited about the Staffing/HRTech industry and have a willingness to learn new skills and adopt new processes.

  • You can lead and inspire team members 

  • You should know how to make passive candidates interested to join the client-specific talent pool for current and future roles.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 yrs of experience in US Staffing 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing accounts and/or recruiters

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing or passive recruitment

  • Hands-on experience working with ATS, VMS, MSP and client partners

Working Hours: Any US time zone

Salary Structure: Base Salary + Commission + Bonus
